Londria Gilmore is a co-founder of DGST Law & Mediation. She received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Psychology from Texas A&M - Corpus Christi and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Since high school, Londria has dedicated herself to service by being involved in the community. She has been employed in positions that have allowed her to understand the Criminal Justice system and how she can be an advantageous advocate. In law school, Londria gained the necessary legal skills to become an effective attorney and mediator. Londria’s practice areas include business organizations, estate planning and probate, and family law. When not practicing law or mediating disputes, Londria loves spending time with her family, cooking and watching crime-based television shows and movies.

Jireh Davis is a co-founder of DGST Law & Mediation. Jireh is a graduate of the Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Jireh received her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Fitchburg State University, and her Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies and Political Science from the University of Florida. Jireh has her Basic and Advanced Mediation Certificates with specific training in Divorce, Domestic Violence, and CPS matters. Jireh is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated as well as many professional organizations. In her spare time, Jireh enjoys shopping and traveling.
